7:00 AM 105mi #4 Scottsburg, Indiana next to Finley Firehouse
105 miles. Scottsburg to Montgomery. Expect the unexpected. This is an overnight ride. If you intend to ride, you must call me ahead of time for motel information and book your room. I'll give you the link to the routes as well if requested. The motel is not much: clean and comfortable but nothing special. The Amish buffet was good, particularly the chicken and bread. Didn't use the pool or go in the Amish shops. Stores may be closed at and along the route so bring some snacks and plenty of water. There is quite a bit of gravel on the route. Can you ride it with a road bike? Certainly: I am proof of that. But it is rough in places. I don't expect many people at all if any, particularly with scheduling against a Mad Dog so be prepared for a small crowd. Maybe just me. You may get lost, etc. Bring a smile and a good attitude if you decide to attempt it.
