Saturday Century

At this point, I still hope to ride; however, my ankle is currently the size of a large grapefruit so it will depend upon how quickly it heals.  The century, barring any changes, will be the Campbellsburg Century.  A GPS file can be found at

That being said, feel free to e-mail me for a cue sheet and plot your own course as I don't remember if that file is accurate.  I "think" it is, but it has been awhile since I have ridden this century, one reason I put it on the schedule.

Do plan on two major climbs, both before lunch.  Lunch is at the Mennonite Store.  Excellent sandwiches. There will likely be some gravel.  The roads will have leaves and walnuts and possibly still persimmons.  It is Indiana and despite the restraint law, there will likely be dogs who are not leashed.

E-mail if you have questions or if you want to be the ride captain if I am not able.  I will post any cancellation due to health or the weather by midnight on Friday.  Feel free to call or e-mail if you have questions or concerns.  Puddle

Tony Darnell has been kind enough to offer to captain the ride if I am not able, so barring anything unforeseen the ride Saturday is a go. Thanks, Tony. I feel sure that I will start, but I will have to see how my ankle holds up. Puddle
