OKHT Parking

Parking will be at Southeast Christian Church Crestwood Campus - 6220 Crestwood Station, Crestwood, KY 40014

OKHT Starting Location

The Old Kentucky Home Bicycle Tour (OKHT) will start at the Yew Dell Botanical Garden Pavilion at 5612 N Camden Ln, Crestwood, KY.

Routes and Cue Sheets

Routes will be fully marked with signage letting you know when to turn. Each mileage split will have a large 8' sign telling riders where to go 

The OKHT has partnered with Ride with GPS to supply you with free turn by turn directions via their mobile app.

Friday

1:00 PM EST - Come join us for a Louisville Bicycle Club ride to get ready for OKHT on Saturday! We will have a 20 and 30-mile ride option.

Everyone is welcome to join the club rides before OKHT packet pick up at the 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens and Brewery. No prior registration is needed.

Ride start and finishes at packet pickup - 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens at 6300 Old Lagrange Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014

20-mile Ride: 

  • The 20 mile route is rated #2C with a few gradual climbs and will be swept at 12 mph.

30-mile Ride: 

  • The 30 mile ride is rated #3C, there are moderate hills, and the ride will be swept at a minimum average speed of 12mph.

3:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST: Packet pick up & registration is at 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens at 6300 Old Lagrange Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014 Make sure to bring your email with the QR code in order to check-in and receive your packet. 

Saturday (Day of the Event)

6:45 AM EST: Parking Opens at Southeast Christian Church Crestwood Campus - 6220 Crestwood Station, Crestwood, KY 40014

6:45 AM - 8:30 AM: Packet Pick Up & Registration Opens - Yew Dell Botanical Gardens Pavilion -  5612 N Camden Ln, Crestwood, KY

6:45 AM: Breakfast Opens

7:30 AM: Rides Starting at the following Times - IF YOU LEAVE EARLY, YOU ARE RIDING UNSUPPORTED AND REST STOPS MAY NOT BE OPEN

  • 7:30 AM: 62.1-mile (100k) riders
  • 7:45 AM: 50 mile riders
  • 8:00 AM: 40 mile riders
  • 8:30 AM: 20-mile riders
  • 8:45 AM: All riders must be the on course

11:00 AM: Lunch will start to be served at Yew Dell Botanical Gardens Pavilion. Lunch is included when you return.

4:00 PM: Course Closes

Acorn Lane Farm at Boone Gardiner (20, 40, 50 & 62.1 mile routes): Our World Famous (Homemade) Cookie Stop is back again. Stay and enjoy some live music while you sample the goodies before pushing on.
