Volunteer 2022 OKHT Trucks/loading/set-up/take-down

Event Location: Yew Dell Botanical Gardens, 6220 Old LaGrange Road, Crestwood, KY

Saturday, June 5th - food sorting, bag cookies 

or:

Saturday, June 4th - Pick Up & Load Trucks

Sunday, June 5th - OKHT

Monday, June 6th: Return Trucks

Yew Dell is not open to us until Sunday morning for set up.  We will not need as much equipment for this ride.  Set up at Yew Dell at 5:00am.  Times for the 3 SAG stops will be sent in separate emails.

Deadline for jersey orders is April 6th.  The Primal store will open on June 5th for one week for late orders.  Orders taken after April 6th will be delivered in mid July with the online store orders.
