- To renew via mail, please download the Membership Application. PLEASE WRITE LEGIBLY. YOUR INFORMATION CANNOT BE INPUT IF WE CANNOT READ IT! THIS WILL DELAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP. YOU CAN COMPLETE THE APPLICATION ONLINE AND PAY ONLINE OR MAIL YOUR PAPER COPY OF THE APPLICATION ALONG WITH YOUR CHECK.
