2023 Bicycle Maintenance Class - Hands-on Class

The hands-on class is designed for those who want to gain experience in working on a bike. The classes will take you through a process of identifying what maintenance needs to be done to prepare your bike for the season. You will identify what you want to take to your local shop.

You will learn:

• How to replace, cables, brake pads, chain, and cassette
• Adjust brakes and derailleurs (non-electronic)
• Replace handlebar tape

Cost for class is $20 and participants will receive Park Big Book of Bike Repair.

March 21st - First night of the hands-on class will assess your bike so you can order what you need to work on your bike. You will have a week to get your parts.

March 28th and 30th -  Working with an experienced mechanic you will have two nights to complete your work.
