1:00-3:00 PM EDT:  Pre-OKHT ride with Louisville Bicyle Club Ride:  20 and 30 mile ride, see club ride schedule for more details -Rides & Events  All are welcome to join.

3:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST: Packet pick up & registration is at 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens at 6300 Old Lagrange Rd, Crestwood, KY 40014

6:30 AM: Parking Opens at Yew Dell Botanical Gardens 6220 Old LaGrange Road, Crestwood, KY.  Gates close at 5 pm, longer distance are encouraged to park down the street at 3rd Turn Oldham Garden.  Shorter distance should park at Yew Dell Botanical gardens.  

Overflow Parking will be at 3rd Turn Brewery/Oldham Gardens, 6300 Old LaGrange Road, Crestwood, KY

6:30 AM - 7:45 AM: Packet Pick Up & Registration at Yew Dell Visitors center. 

Ride starts (Times are EDT):

8:00  START AT FRONT GATE OF YEW DELL:   All riders line up in the paved parking lot of Yew Dell, but in order or 62.1, 40 and 20.  To allow longest time on course to start first.  

Interesting rest stops at:  (20, 40 & 62.1 mile routes)

Cabin Creek Farm: Our World Famous (Homemade) Cookie Stop is back again. Stay and enjoy live music while you sample the goodies before pushing on.

Circle Bar C Ranch located in the beautiful L'espirit equine community known for horse boarding and premier training. 

Chestnut Hall, a Retired Thoroughbred horse farm, where retired race horses relax and roam freely.

When you finish your ride, don't drive away!   Take time to stroll through the beautiful Yew Dell Botanical Gardens before heading to 3rd Turn Oldham Gardens brewery for lunch or your favorite beverage! 

Noon- 5:30pm EDT.  Box lunch is available if you purchase in advance at 3rd Turn/Oldham Gardens. Or you may order off their menu.
