Tour de Mad Dog Stage 8: Tour DuPont Century (Part Deux)

This will be the Eighth Mad Dog century of the year. You will need to bring water and any sports drink or powders that will keep you hydrated. You will also need tubes, tools and anything necessary to change a flat.  There will be riders who can help with changing a flat, but you need to supply the tools.  Should you have problems along the way, be sure to have someone you can call to pick you up and return you to your car.  You should also bring plenty of snacks and maybe lunch if you prefer.

The CIRCLE K will be our rest stop at mile 26.  
 
Lunch will be at the Dupont Grocery store at mile 42. (there aren't a lot of choices)

Chelsea General Store will be our last stop at mile 73.

I will have cue sheets available. Sometimes GPS doesn't work in remote areas - so be prepared with a cue sheet. Please sign in at the start of the ride and you must sign in at the end of the ride too - in order to get credit for the century. You need to be able to ride 100 miles at at 13-14 mph average.  Group riding is encouraged. Safety in numbers!!!!
